Arranged rum: Coco Punch

This new recipe, inspired/revisited by West Indian coconut punch, is creamy, sweet and spicy. Coconut milk provides a creamy texture (similar to the famous rum or whiskey creams), while Marie-Galante agricultural rum and spices reveal a more pronounced character.   It stands out for its precise sugar dosage and its enveloping and comforting taste.
