Arranged Rum: Trio of Belgian Strawberries & Black Vanilla from Madagascar

Here is the recipe composed of a trio of Belgian ORGANIC strawberries with ORGANIC black vanilla from Madagascar. It is the perfect alliance between three varieties of Belgian organic strawberries (Joly, Salsa, Rubis) rhyming between sweetness, acidity and a sublime aroma that this little star fruit of summer in our flat country can offer us. In order to refine the recipe and to accompany this complex and gourmet fruit, we have added the top of the range bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. This is black vanilla also called gourmet. A pod is on average 20 cm long and contains a lot of seeds as well as a high level of vanillin. Used by the greatest pastry chefs, black vanilla benefits from a longer ripening time which gives it additional richness in the development of aromas.
