Sachou's Gomasio

Gomasio is a Japanese condiment containing a mixture of sesame and salt. Our organic gomasio from Sachou combines light sesame seeds, subtly toasted then ground with sea lettuce, roasted maceron (marsh pepper) and Ile de Ré fleur de sel. This gives a subtle, tasty and just-just-salted mix, which goes particularly well with raw vegetables (especially delicious with grated carrots!!). The organic sesame comes from Egypt, all the other ingredients are produced on the Ile de Ré!
