TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNT: Add the code at checkout.  The finest Bourbon vanilla pods, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in the North-East of Madagascar.   Their heady scent reveals notes of vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic... an explosion of flavors.   Of Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods were matured in the sun for several weeks, to reach the ideal humidity level for baking: 30 to 33%.   The pods sent are 14 to 16 cm in size.   1 kg contains on average 300 to 350 pods.  Packaging: 4 x 250 g Do not hesitate to consult our other vanillas (Pompona, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Tahiti, Indonesia), as well as our range of exceptional spices.
