Bourbon Grand Cru Vanilla Beans - Madagascar 500g / 1 kg

The most beautiful Bourbon vanilla pods, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in the North-East of Madagascar. Their heady fragrance reveals vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic notes... an explosion of flavors. Of Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods have been ripened in the sun for several weeks to reach the ideal humidity level for baking: 33 to 35%. By default, the pods sent will be caliber 17 / 18 cm minimum. If you want smaller pods (14 / 16 cm), do not hesitate to let us know by message. Note: 1 kg is equivalent to 250 pods of 17/18 cm, or 320 pods of 14/16 cm. By default, 1 kg is packaged in 4 x 250 g under vacuum (and 500 g = 2 x 250 g).
