Wild red rice is brown rice, produced in very limited quantities. It is a rice born from natural crossings that goes easily with foods with a strong taste, with fish or legumes. Processed integrally, the grains are rich in fiber and particularly nutritious. The grain is medium-long, with a beautiful crystalline ruby red colour. It contains a high content of antioxidants and is highly digestible.
