But this refers above all to the method of conservation of this food. A pickle is a vegetable or fruit marinated in a brine of vinegar and spices such as turmeric, curry, dill, cumin to make a condiment. Our gherkins are grown and harvested in the Gers or Lot et Garonne, received fresh in our workshops and processed in our kitchen. We decided to expand our range of vegetables and include pickles. We naturally worked it with vinegar which is the most consumed but we also worked with sweet and sour and we decided to work our large gherkins into pickles.
