ARRABBIATA (garlic and chilli - dehydrated preparation)

With our dehydrated preparation you can prepare the arrabbiata sauce (in Italian, sugo all'arrabbiata, literally "rabid sauce"). This spicy sauce is a great classic of Italian cuisine. The traditional recipe is a base of tomato sauce simmered with chilli and garnished with a little parsley. When serving, it is usually sprinkled with grated pecorino or parmesan cheese. This sauce originates from the Roman countryside and goes particularly well with penne (penne all'arrabbiata) or tagliatelle. Fry the preparation in olive oil and add your tomato coulis. You can also use it to prepare spicy marinades or on pizzas to give it a boost.
