LEMON VINAIGRETTE (dehydrated preparation)

The perfect seasoning to keep in your cupboard for quick preparations. With our dehydrated preparation you can create the ideal seasoning to enhance your FISH and WHITE MEAT. It can also be used for a salad condiment and for MARINADES. The product does not contain chilli. Dilute beforehand (to rehydrate it) a few teaspoons in extra virgin olive oil or in water/white wine in a proportion of 1:2 (1 CASE preparation - 2 CASE oil/water/white wine) or integrate directly into the filling.
