ORGANIC! We hope you will have as much fun tasting these homemade pastas as we had making them for you. To impress your taste buds we have added Organic Espelette Pepper AOP, the only spice labeled AOP in France. From carefully selected ingredients and according to Piedmontese tradition, with long drying at low temperature. To fully appreciate our pasta, tasty and healthy, immerse it for 6 minutes in a large volume of boiling salted water. Drain them quickly and savor them, accompanied by your favorite sauce or simply plain with butter and parmesan. You serve 3 main course portions and 4 side dishes. A reusable and compostable kraft paper bag guarantees conservation, but it is advisable to store them away from heat and light. Allergens: gluten, eggs
