Honey from our terroir of the Coteaux du V

All our honeys are potted with a spoon after a slow hot maturation. They are not heated during this stage so as not to destroy the crystals and the aromas of the honey. The honey produced by the bees never comes from syrup, we always leave enough honey for them so that they do not need to be fed. Variety: Flower honey Specificities: Clay-limestone soils, located on the hillsides of Beaumont en Véron. Between river and slope, a very diversified natural and cultivated vegetation.
