Honey from our region: Peru

All our honeys are potted with a spoon after a slow hot maturation. They are not heated during this stage so as not to destroy the crystals and the aromas of the honey. The honey produced by the bees never comes from syrup, we always leave enough honey for them so that they do not need to be fed. Variety: Flower honey Specificities: Arid soils, hives located in the middle of a pine forest. Warmer environment with fewer flowers. Texture: Creamy Storage: Room temperature Tasting comment: This very creamy and round honey will be appreciated as a treat. It might also surprise you with a regional goat's cheese.
