The Farm Pork – Label Rouge farms are all located in the South-West of France. The combination of the Farm Pork and Label Rouge labels is a guarantee of quality and taste. Outdoor breeding for 200 to 230 days, combined with a traditional cereal-based diet (without additives or antibiotics) allows greater physical activity of the animals and the production of superior quality hams. They are then salted one by one and by hand with Salies-de-Béarn salt and dried in our cellars in the heart of the Bayonne IGP Jambon geographical area. (Protected Geographical Indication) Ingredients: Ham from South-West farm pork, salt from Salies-de-Béarn. With this Bayonne Label Rouge ham, boneless, you will enjoy a ham from free-range farming in the South-West of France certified Label Rouge. It is the ideal and practical format for special occasions such as family reunions, weddings, large meals. It will allow you to discover or practice your art of cutting ham with a knife using a ham claw. You will be able to easily entertain 50 guests (for information only) and share our passion for good products, our terroir and our know-how. Its 14-month maturation promises a delicate, subtle and inimitable taste that of the festive spirit of the South-West.
