AUTHENTIC BLADES knife set, BBQ in gift packaging

This set consists of a KHO KHAN (4mm blade), small HEP and small Vay A perfect knife set for the next BBQ.     KHO KHAN is the large version of the classic Asian chef's knife.   It is used for cutting and chopping meat and crunchy vegetables.   It is very suitable for hard and thick cuttings such as cassava, sweet potatoes, beef or tubers such as celery or beetroot.   With the wide blade you can easily pick up a lot of food and transport it to the pan or wok.       The HEP with the strong and rigid blade is clearly qualified for cutting and cutting meat.   It is not only suitable as a carving or roasting knife, but also works for cutting bread, cheese or fish.       The VAY is ideal for chopping herbs and spices, similar to the familiar chopping knife.   Leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin and cabbage can also be easily processed with VAY.    Notes on use: Please do not use it for chopping bones or chopping frozen food.   The hardening of the cutting area enables maximum sharpenability with a long service life, but there is a risk of blade breakage if the tool is used incorrectly.  Not suitable for dishwashers. On your own behalf: The knives are made entirely by hand by small family businesses in Vietnam.   A comparison with the quality of CNC lasered and sharpened mass-produced goods is unnecessary.   Each handle is carved by hand and the blades are cut out with large tin snips without punching.  The knives may have small blemishes.   However, these do not reduce their suitability for everyday use and operational strength, but rather enhance their individuality and specialness.  Please take this into account when making your purchase decision!       Decoration is not the scope of services!
