The RAU is a classic boning knife that is used in Asia specifically for cutting and deboning poultry.   The knife with its stiff and hard blade can also be used for filleting fish and meat.    Thanks to its special blade shape with the triangular tip and raised edge on both sides, you can easily get under skin and tendons.   It allows the user to cut and release precisely and cleanly.   The fairly straight and not too long blade allows for fatigue-free work and makes the knife surprisingly light-footed.   The knife can easily avoid contact with any bones in the food being cut, but chopping up these hard components should be avoided.     Aside from this suitability, the knife can also be used excellently for chopping up bread, vegetables and anything else that needs to be cut up in the kitchen.       The properties of this carbon steel blade make it perfect for this knife.   Thanks to the high carbon content, the knives can be sharpened extremely sharply.   Please note that this is a non-rust-proof material and requires appropriate care.       The handle is made in three parts from ironwood, padauk and jackfruit.       Attention: not dishwasher safe Decoration is not the scope of services!
