Calamarata

The name of this format originates from that of the recipe itself that made it known: calamarata (aka pasta and calamari). 
The play on words becomes a play on shapes when the squid rings merge with those of the pasta, in a truly impressive optical effect!
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
