FUSILLI

Fusilli are a type of pasta with an elongated shape having two or more coils, made with durum wheat semolina. 
The name comes from the spindle, a tool used for hand spinning. 
They are among the most famous pasta shapes in the world.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
