MACARONI

The word macaroni, in international use, generically indicates pasta obtained by mixing durum wheat semolina and water, and is synonymous with "pastasciutta", the typical Italian dish.   We offer them in this variant, with a smaller format than the classic "rigatoni" which pairs perfectly with meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
