Casa Prencipe tagliolini (or linguine) are a variety of pasta typical of Italian cuisine included in the list of traditional agri-food products of the Molise, Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont regions.
 The width of the cut is 3 mm. 
They have a flat section and a length similar to spaghetti; the thickness must be less than one millimetre. ANDa quick cooking pasta, and goes well with light sauces, fish, delicate or plain sauces.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
 CASA PRENCIPE High Purity Pasta is bronze drawn, dried at low temperatures, and is produced only with organic wheat from a short supply chain.
