Lilies

Gigli are a type of durum wheat semolina pasta created to meet the consumption needs of an Anglo-Saxon market. 
They have the shape of the flower from which they take their name and due to their particular shape they are ideal with condiments whose sauce can fit inside the cavities.   A pasta that literally embraces the sauce.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
