Tubes

Tubetti are part of the short pasta family, they are recommended for the preparation of legume soups, such as beans or lentils or for broth soups. 
In southern Italy they are particularly used for "beans and mussels", but also excellent with light tomato and basil sauces.
 The "DURM WHEAT" line is the classic line, with a mix of the best varieties of Durum Wheat from Puglia selected to obtain a mixture that gives the pasta the right consistency and tenacity, with an inebriating scent of bread peel.
